Tanzania imeshafaidika na kodi hiyo Kwa mauzo mbali mbali ambayo yamekwisha fanyika kwenye sekta mbalimbali. 

Wakati Rais anatoa AMRI kuhusu Mchanga wa madini kusafirishwa kwenye nje ya nchi kulikuwa na mazungumzo yanaendelea kati ya Kampuni ya Acacia mining ( yenye Assets zinazozalisha nchini Tanzania tu kwa sasa - Buzwagi, Bulyanhulu na North Mara) na kampuni nyingine ya nchini Canada kuhusu Acacia kununuliwa Kwa USD 4.4bn. Mara baada ya amri hiyo mazungumzo yalivunjika na hivyo mauzo kutofanyika. 

Iwapo Rais angechelewa kutoa kauli yake Kwa wiki moja tu mazungumzo yale yangepelekea mkataba wa mauzo kusainiwa na hivyo Serikali ingepata 20% ya thamani ya Mauzo Kama kodi ya Ongezeko la Mtaji ( capital gains tax ). Hivyo kauli ya Rais imesababisha hasara Kwa nchi yenye thamani ya USD 880m sawa sawa na shilingi 1.8 trilioni. 

Tafiti zinaonyesha kuwa gharama ya kujenga ' refinery ' ya kuchenjua dhahabu hapa nchini ni USD 800m. Hivyo mapato ambayo yangepatikana kutokana na kodi ya mauzo ya Acacia yangewezesha nchi kujenga refinery na kufikia lengo la Rais la kuwa na uchenjuaji wa mchanga ule hapa hapa nchini. Rais angetulia angeweza kuua ndege wawili Kwa jiwe moja, 1) kiwanda cha kuchenjua kingejengwa nchini na 2) mchanga usingesafirishwa tena kwenda China na Japan. 

Hata hivyo Tanzania haina mchanga wa kutosha wa kushibisha hiyo refinery Kwa mujibu wa teknolojia ya sasa ( soma maelezo yangu hapa chini Kwa Mhariri wa RaiaMwema). Hivyo Rais angeweza kutumia mapato hayo Kwa matumizi mengine ya Maendeleo. Kwa mfano Bunge lilitenga kama USD 430m hivi kujenga Reli ya kisasa na tayari Serikali imeshaingia mkataba na kampuni kutoka Uturuki kujenga Reli hiyo kipande cha Dar es salaam mpaka Morogoro. Lakini gharama ya kipande hicho ni USD 1.2bn. Kwahiyo Rais angeweza kutumia mapato haya ya mauzo ya Acacia kuongezea kwenye kipande hiki na hivyo kuepuka kukopa kuziba nakisi ya USD 800m iliyopo Sasa na Bunge kwenye Bajeti ya 2017/18 lingetenga fedha za kuanzia Morogoro kwenda Dodoma. 

Kama Mipango ya Reli ipo sawa, Rais angeweza kutumia fedha za capital gains tax kutoka Acacia kujenga vyuo vya VETA kila Wilaya na kila Kambi ya JKT na chenji ingebaki. Tanzania inahitaji tshs 750 bilioni kujenga vyuo vya VETA kila Halmashauri ya Wilaya, Miji, Manispaa na Majiji nchini. 

Rais angejifunza kujizuia kutoa matamko barabarani angeisaidia Sana nchi na kujisaidia yeye mwenyewe kutimiza ndoto zake kwa nchi anayoongoza. Mimi binafsi naunga mkono kuwa ni lazima tuchenjue dhahabu hapa hapa nchini badala ya kupeleka mchanga Japan na China. Lakini ni muhimu maamuzi hayo yawe na ushahidi wa kisayansi badala ya matamko holela ambayo madhara yake Kwa nchi ni makubwa mno.

Samatta reaches half goals of the scores of Mrisho Ngassa in Taifa Stars.

Minister of information, culture, arts and sports, Nape Nnaye said Tanzania currently has been sending members to international competition and the resulting lack of any kind of medal.

Court has postponed the case of Agness Masogange.

The Kisutu resident magistrate court has postponed the trial of drugs facing the artist Agnes Gerald Waya popular known as Masogange after attending the court proceedings.

The case which is mentioned for the first time before the Kisutu resident magistrate Wilbard Mashauri Attorney Adolf Mkini said the defendant faces two charges of using drugs Heroin and type Oxazepham.

He is explaining that the accused asserted between February 7 and 14, 2017 at unknown locations in the city of Dar es Salaam was using drugs Heroin type (Diacety Imophine) and between February 7 and 14, 2017 use drugs type of Oxazepam.

The accused is alleged to make the charges under article 18 (a) of the Act to combat drugs 5 2015 and that the case investigation is still not completed despite the absence of the defendant in court.

However, Masogange's lawyer, Nictogen Itege presented excuse Court above his client's absence.

Despite the information Judge Counsel he wanted the defendant to honor the terms of the court case has been adjourned until April 20, this year the accused is out on bail.
