The
Kisutu resident magistrate court has postponed the trial of drugs
facing the artist Agnes Gerald Waya popular known as Masogange after attending
the court proceedings.
The case
which is mentioned for the first time before the Kisutu resident
magistrate Wilbard Mashauri Attorney Adolf Mkini said the defendant faces
two charges of using drugs Heroin and type Oxazepham.
He
is explaining that the accused asserted between February 7 and 14, 2017
at unknown locations in the city of Dar es Salaam was using drugs
Heroin type (Diacety Imophine) and between February 7 and 14, 2017 use
drugs type of Oxazepam.
The accused is alleged to make
the charges under article 18 (a) of the Act to combat drugs 5 2015 and
that the case investigation is still not completed despite the absence
of the defendant in court.
However, Masogange's lawyer, Nictogen Itege presented excuse Court above his client's absence.
Despite
the information Judge Counsel he wanted the defendant to honor the
terms of the court case has been adjourned until April 20, this year the
accused is out on bail.
